WORST SERVICE ENCOUNTER

i would like to express my dissatisfaction towards a certain local company selling mobile phones & its accessories..

make sure that yew do not buy any goods from that particular company expecting its service to be good! and everytime yew purchased an item from de shop, yew're risking it if your phone suddenly goes wild! why, yew ask? cos no one there will actually care!! not even ppl working at their service centre.. i mean why would they fucking care right?

there's smth wrong with the speakers of my phone.. it always have this zzz-ing sound when i pressed the keys on de keypad or flip-close the phone.. so, it being under warranty, i brought it back to the place i bought it.. and it ended up with the service centre staff telling me "your phone no problem.. i played with it the whole day also no problem.. must be your songs not original"

ok, i hafta keep yew in suspense for a while cos i wanna talk about how stupid she is.. and yes! PARENTAL DISCRETION ADVISED!

there is this particular so-called "technician" who is too stupid to tell if your phone is working o not.. wait! i don think she deserves to be called a technician.. in actual fact, she's just one of those ppls who checks if your phone needs repairing o not when customers complain.. no wonder yew never got promoted all these while.. still sitting on de stupid chair yew're stuck with since last year..

at least your colleague had the patience to keep testing my phone and eventually got sick of it and telling me that there's no problem with it.. but i credit him for trying.. unlike yew!! jus leaving de place at 6 even when de customer is still around.. what kind of service is this? sounds like KNNCCB service to me!

if my phone is in a dayme good condition, yew think i wanna waste my time coming back and forth jus to hear yew tell me dat my phone is ok ka? althou the fuel prices in brunei are considerably cheap but take note that my daily salary is jus a fucking 1x bucks! WHAT? yew're laughing at my salary?? c'mon laaaa.. i jus finished my a level nia and it's jus a temporary job.. wait till i complete my degree then i'll throw my fucking salary slip in your face and see who's the one laughing in de end.. it will be wayyyyyyyyyy more than what yew'll ever earn as a cb service centre staff!! i think yew reli need servicing man! if yew really knot be saved liao, i might as well write a letter to your manager in favour of firing yew.. i think yew're a waste of your company's money and my time..

never have i met anyone this shallow, i tell yew.. i bet she doesn't even know how to spell the word "technician".. maybe i'll ask her that when i remember bout it de next time i charge into the stupid service centre place to show her that my phone is NOT ok! nabeh! i hope yew get sacked at the very instant i step foot into de shop so i can laugh my lungs out and make sure yew'll be so embarrased that yew never wanna leave home ever again for the rest of your life!

yew're de kind of person who doesn't deserve good things.. i think your boss knows it too.. that's wai he never promotes yew HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA =DDDDDDDDDDDDD

if yew plan to get a new phone there, please bear in mind that if your phone screwed up, yew got nowhere reliable to turn to unless if yew're willing to pay for de stupid thing when it's still under warranty.. and THAT is a very stupid thing to do.. even if yew have that much money, yew also dowanna benefit idiots lyddat right? i think i'm going to write a letter to the manager of the company if their so called "technicians" tell me that my phone is ok, which obviously is NOT! i love complaining but all these while i've been doing it unofficially.. i'm going to give my first time to de fucking idiot and i think it's worth it lo.. waste so much of my time nia! tamade tamago maki!!!!!
